By using the Pika platform (getpika.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. About Pika / 关于Pika

Pika is a bilingual (Chinese-English) business services platform designed to help small business owners, tradies, and service providers connect, promote, and grow their businesses in Australia.

Our platform offers:

• Business Promotion — Advertise your services and reach potential clients in your local area
• Business Matching — Connect with other businesses and professionals for collaboration and job opportunities
• AI Receptionist — An AI-powered phone answering service to help manage your business calls
• Community Hub — A space for small business owners to discover opportunities and build networks

Pika是一个中英双语的商业服务平台，旨在帮助澳洲的小生意业主、技工和服务提供者相互连接、推广业务、共同成长。

我们的平台提供：

• 业务推广 — 投放广告，将您的服务推广给本地潜在客户
• 业务接洽 — 与其他商户和专业人士建立联系，发现合作与接单机会

3. Advertising & Business Promotion / 广告与业务推广

3.1 Advertising Packages / 广告套餐

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST included where applicable.

所有价格以澳元（AUD）计价，含适用GST。

3.2 Ad Content Requirements / 广告内容要求

All advertisements must:

所有广告必须：

• Be accurate and not misleading (complying with the Australian Consumer Law)
• 内容真实准确，不含误导性信息（符合《澳洲消费者法》）
• Include valid contact information (phone, email, or website)
• 包含有效的联系方式（电话、邮箱或网址）
• Be relevant to the Pika community (business services, tradies, products, local services)
• 与Pika社区相关（商务服务、技工服务、产品、本地服务等）
• Be provided in Chinese, English, or bilingual format
• 提供中文、英文或中英双语版本

3.3 Prohibited Content / 禁止内容

We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that:

我们有权拒绝或移除以下类型的广告：

• Promotes illegal goods, services, or activities / 推广违法商品、服务或活动
• Contains discriminatory, offensive, or defamatory content / 含有歧视性、冒犯性或诽谤性内容
• Promotes tobacco, prescription medicines, or unlicensed gambling / 推广烟草、处方药或无牌赌博
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights / 侵犯第三方知识产权
• Contains spam, malware, or phishing content / 含有垃圾信息、恶意软件或钓鱼内容
• Makes unsubstantiated health or financial claims / 含有无法证实的健康或财务声明
• Violates any applicable Australian law / 违反任何适用的澳洲法律

3.4 Ad Approval & Placement / 广告审核与投放

• All advertisements are subject to review and approval before publication
• 所有广告发布前需经审核批准
• We reserve the right to request modifications to ad content
• 我们保留要求修改广告内容的权利
• Approval does not constitute endorsement of the advertiser
• 批准不代表对广告主的背书
• All advertisements will be clearly labelled as "Ad" or "广告"

3.5 Cancellation & Refunds / 取消与退款

• Cancel before publication → full refund / 发布前取消 → 全额退款
• After publication → no refund / 发布后 → 不退款
• We reserve the right to remove non-compliant ads with pro-rata refund / 我们有权移除非合规广告并按比例退款

4. Business Matching & Community / 业务接洽与社区

Pika provides a platform for business owners to discover opportunities, connect with potential clients, and find collaboration partners.

Pika为商户提供发现商机、联系潜在客户、寻找合作伙伴的平台。

4.1 User Responsibilities / 用户责任

When posting business opportunities, job listings, or collaboration requests:

发布商机、招聘或合作请求时：

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• 提供准确真实的信息
• Respond to enquiries in a timely manner
• 及时回应咨询
• Honour agreed terms with other parties
• 遵守与其他方达成的约定

4.2 Pika's Role / Pika的角色

Pika acts as a platform connector. We facilitate introductions and visibility, but:

• We are not a party to any transactions between users

• We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or outcome of any business connection

5. AI Receptionist Service / AI智能前台服务

• AI-powered phone answering for your business

• Handles calls, takes messages, books appointments, provides basic information
• 接听来电、记录留言、预约安排、提供基本信息
• Available 24/7

5.2 Subscription Terms / 订阅条款

• Subscription fee: $59/month, billed in advance / 订阅费：$59/月，预付
• Cancel anytime; takes effect at end of current billing period / 随时取消，当个计费周期结束后生效
• No refunds for partial months / 不足月不退款

5.3 Subscriber Benefits / 订阅用户权益

• AI receptionist service / AI智能前台服务
• 2 free ad placements per month / 每月2次免费广告投放
• Priority listing in community directory / 社区名录优先展示

6. Intellectual Property / 知识产权

• All Pika platform content is owned by Pika / 所有Pika平台内容由Pika拥有
• By submitting content, you grant Pika a non-exclusive licence to display it / 提交内容即授予Pika非独家展示许可
• You retain ownership of your submitted content / 您保留提交内容的所有权

7. Limitation of Liability / 责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

在《澳洲消费者法》允许的最大范围内：

• Services provided "as is" and "as available" / 服务按"现状"和"可用性"提供
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service / 我们不保证服务不中断或无错误
• Total liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months / 总责任限于前3个月已付费用

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

本条款不排除《澳洲消费者法》中不可排除的权利。

8. Dispute Resolution / 争议解决

Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

9. Changes to These Terms / 条款变更

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
